DG1000 Series 15/20 MHz Function Generators DG1021, DG1011
 The DG1000 series Function Generator offers standard and arbitrary signals from 1 uHz to 15MHz and 20 MHz. These function generators find applications in simulation of sensors and environment signals. Application includes circuit functional tests, serial bus test, IC , component tests. etc. These function generators are equipped with interfaces for connecting as signal generator component to the Automatic Test Equipment setup.
