DG2000 Series 25/40 MHz Function Generators DG2041A, DG2021A
 The DG2000 series Function Generator offers standard and arbitrary signals from 1 uHz to 25MHz and 40 MHz. These function generators find applications in simulation of sensors and environment signals. Application includes circuit functional tests, serial bus test, IC , component tests. etc. These function generators are equipped with interfaces for connecting as signal generator component to the Automatic Test Equipment setup.
